硝酸铵是一种合氮的肥料,在人群中引起中毒是少见的,多因事故引起。我局铁路沿线某农村小站堆放硝酸铵库房意外失火造成一批人群急性硝酸铵烟气中毒,有27例患者入我院抢救,茲将其中21例资料较完整的胸部x线表现及临床经过作一报道。一、资料 21例中男18例、女3例,年龄21～62岁。
