目的探讨添加拉莫三嗪治疗儿童难治性癫痫的疗效、用药方法、剂量及副作用。方法将32例患儿采用开放式自身对照法进行添加拉莫三嗪治疗。结果总有效率达84.3%,其中完全控制15例,占46.8%;显效9例,占28.1%;有效3例,占9.3%;无效4例,占12.5%。除3例出现皮疹,均缓解,未发现其他不良反应。结论拉莫三嗪添加治疗对儿童难治性癫痫有良好的疗效,副作用少,是一种广谱、有效、安全的新型抗癫痫药。 Objective To investigate the efficacy, medication, dosage and side effects of lamotrigine in refractory epilepsy in children. Methods Thirty-two children were treated with lamotrigine by the open self-control method. Results The total effective rate was 84.3%, of which 15 cases were completely controlled, accounting for 46.8%; 9 cases markedly effective, accounting for 28.1%; 3 cases effective, accounting for 9.3%; 4 cases ineffective, accounting for 12.5%. Except 3 cases, rashes were relieved and no other adverse reactions were found. Conclusions Lamotrigine is a new anti-epileptic drug with broad spectrum, efficacy and safety in children with intractable epilepsy and few side effects.
