吉林省档案馆为了更好地贯彻党的选拔干部政策,引入竞争机制,根据馆的实际工作需要,于1990年3月24日在本馆内公开竞争选拔办公室副主任。馆内各处室参加竞选的5名干部,通过公开讲演和答辩,最后办公室1983年联大档案专业毕业的杨川同志赢得了全馆多数职工的信任票,荣登榜首。根据应试者的考试成绩,民意测验和全面考核结果,经馆长办公会正式任命,于3月28日走马上任。这次公开竞争选拔办公室副主任,机会均等,平等竞争,是党的干部改革制度在档案部门的一次尝
In order to better implement the party’s selection of cadres policy, Jilin Provincial Archives introduces a competition mechanism and, on March 24, 1990, opens the deputy director of the competition selection office in accordance with the actual needs of the museum.
