目的:探索军队离休干部慢病现状及管理模式。方法:本次特选取2015年7月~2016年7月我军区68名离休干部,将其分为观察组和对照组各为34名,分别分析两组离休干部慢病现状,并给予对照组实施常规管理模式,而观察组联合实施改良管理模式,分别观察两组干部管理总有效率。结果:统计发现观察组调查者管理的总有效率为97.06%,而对照组仅为73.53%,相比观察组明显高于对照组,差距显著(P<0.05)。结论:对军队离休老干部实施改良管理模式可有效提升全员的身体素质和临床管理总有效率,深受患者和家属的一致好评。
Objective: To explore the status quo and management mode of retired cadres in the military. Methods: We selected 68 retired cadres in our military from July 2015 to July 2016, and divided them into 34 observation groups and 34 control groups, respectively, and analyzed the status of chronic diseases in retired cadres of the two groups and compared them with the control group The implementation of the conventional management model, while the observation group jointly implement the improved management model, respectively, to observe the two groups total effective management cadres. Results: Statistics showed that the total effective rate of the investigators in the observation group was 97.06%, while the control group was only 73.53%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of the improved management mode for retired veteran cadres in the armed forces can effectively improve the overall quality of the staff and the total effective clinical management, and is highly praised by patients and their families.
