通过构建工业碳熵与区域碳熵概念模型,运用数据包络分析等方法,基于低碳视角,探讨了2000—2015年徐州都市圈工业结构转型特征及优化路径。发现:(1)徐州都市圈优先发展行业产值比重呈上升趋势,且呈现由以劳动密集型行业为主向资本、技术密集型行业为主演变;适度发展行业以劳动密集型行业为主;限制发展行业以资源、劳动密集型行业为主且产值占比呈下降趋势。空间上,三类行业均呈核心外围格局且集聚程度有增强之势,且优先发展行业由中心城向外围工业技术梯度逐次降低。(2)徐州都市圈高效率行业呈现由资源、劳动密集型行业为主演变为劳动、资本密集型行业为主,低效率行业以资源、劳动密集型行业为主。(3)行业上,徐州都市圈工业可划分为高效率优先行业、低效率优先行业、高效率适度行业、低效率适度行业、高效率限制行业、低效率限制行业等6种类型;空间上,可划分为高效率优先行业集聚区域、高效率适度行业集聚区域、低效率适度行业集聚区域、低效率限制行业集聚区域等4种区域类型。据此,从行业与空间2个视角提出都市圈工业结构转型及布局优化调控路径。
By constructing a conceptual model of industrial carbon entropy and regional carbon entropy, and using data envelopment analysis and other means, this paper explores the characteristics and the optimal path of industrial restructuring in Xuzhou metropolitan area from 2000 to 2015 based on low-carbon perspective. It is found that: (1) The proportion of the industries with the highest priority in the development of Xuzhou metropolitan area is on an upward trend, with a shift from labor-intensive industries to capital-intensive and technology-intensive industries; moderately-developed industries are dominated by labor-intensive industries; Development of industries with resources, labor-intensive industries and the proportion of output declined. In terms of space, all three types of industries showed a core peripheral pattern with an increasing trend of agglomeration, and the gradient of priority industries from the central city to the peripheral industries gradually decreased. (2) The high-efficiency industries in Xuzhou metropolitan area are mainly characterized by resources and labor-intensive industries, which are mainly labor-intensive and capital-intensive industries. The low-efficiency industries are dominated by resources and labor-intensive industries. (3) In the industry, Xuzhou metropolitan area industry can be divided into six types: high efficiency priority industry, low efficiency priority industry, high efficiency moderate industry, low efficiency moderate industry, high efficiency restriction industry and low efficiency restriction industry. It can be divided into four regional types: high-efficiency priority industry cluster area, high-efficiency moderate industry cluster area, low-efficiency moderate industry cluster area, and low-efficiency limit industry cluster area. Accordingly, from the perspectives of industry and space, this paper proposes the transformation of the industrial structure of the metropolitan area and the optimization and control of the layout.
