基于内地西藏班(校)衔接教育的思考

衔接教育的成效直接影响内地西藏班(校)的办学成效。目前,内地西藏班(校)衔接教育存在的主要问题有:对衔接教育在思想上重视不够,衔接教育内容薄弱、形式单一、评价缺失。本文分析了内地西藏班(校)衔接教育缺失或不当的原因,提出了加强内地西藏班(校)衔接教育的对策: The effectiveness of cohesion education has a direct impact on the effectiveness of running schools in the Tibetan classes (schools) in the Mainland. At present, the main problems existing in the cohesion education of the Tibetan classes (schools) in the Mainland are as follows: insufficient attention has been paid to cohesion education in ideology, the content of cohesion education is weak, the forms are single, and the evaluation is deficient. This paper analyzes the reasons for the missing or improper cohesion education in the Tibetan classes in the Mainland and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the cohesion education among the Tibetan classes in the Mainland:
