根据使用调查,我厂生产的TJ—620型旅行车维持直线行驶的能力较差。有些驾驶员反映:“行驶时方向盘来回摆”,“车速超过40公里/小时时,方向不好掌握,车子老找不正”,“慢速时,方向盘发沉、发死,快速时,方向飘”。还有人反映,车子跑快了,有“摆头”的感觉。由于方向不稳,当车速超过50~60公里/小时时,驾驶员要不断地调整方向盘,感到精神紧张和疲劳,只好放慢车速。我们抽调了一些反映操纵性较差的车子进行试车和初步试验,证实了TJ—620型旅行车维持直线行驶能力的确较差。如驾驶员为维持直线行驶一公里不断转动方向盘的总转角,一辆操纵性较好的样车为45度-秒,而TJ—620型旅行车达到1067度一秒。

We deployed a few tests and preliminary tests that reflected poorly maneuverable vehicles and confirmed that the TJ-620’s ability to maintain straight-line traffic was indeed poor. For example, to maintain the total turning angle of one kilometer in a straight line, a pilot operated a 45 degree-second prototype with a good maneuverability while the TJ-620 reached a maximum of 1067 degrees.
