设计一种基于PLC的航天阀门流阻流量特性测试系统,该系统由传感器、核心控制单元、数据采集与处理模块及相关软件组成,可实现测试便捷、超压保护、数据采集、处理及存储等多种功能。采用三种不同类型的阀门流阻流量特性测试与理论计算数据对比,测试误差控制在3%以内。结果表明,测试系统满足高精度测试需求,不仅可应用于航天用阀门产品的流阻流量特性测试,而且具有一定的商业应用价值。
Design a test system of flow resistance characteristic of space valve based on PLC, which consists of sensor, core control unit, data acquisition and processing module and related software, which can realize convenient test, overpressure protection, data acquisition, processing and storage A variety of functions. Using three different types of valve flow resistance flow characteristics of the test data compared with the theoretical calculation, the test error control within 3%. The results show that the test system can meet the needs of high-precision testing. It can not only be applied to the flow resistance test of aerospace valve products, but also has certain commercial application value.
