利用烟叶副产物添加不同比例棉籽壳栽培杏鲍菇(Pleurotus eryngii),以棉籽壳为主培养料作为对照,试验表明,废弃烟叶渣及秸秆添加一定比例的棉籽壳可以用来栽培杏鲍菇;棉籽壳在栽培料中加入比例为25%时,有利于杏鲍菇菌丝生长,缩短子实体采收时间,产量提高;经检测,子实体中SOD(superoxide dismutase,超氧化物歧化酶)、CAT(catalase,过氧化氢酶)酶活性及MDA(malondialdehyde,丙二醛)指标均与对照组差异不大,且子实体可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量分别为19.08 mg·g~(-1)、4.721μg·g~(-1),均高于对照组中子实体含量,可进一步探索。
Pleurotus eryngii was cultivated with cottonseed byproducts with different proportion of cottonseed as control. Cottonseed shell as the main culture material was used as a control. The results showed that cottonseed shell with a certain proportion of abandoned tobacco leaf residue and straw could be used for cultivating Pleurotus eryngii. When the proportion of cottonseed husk was 25%, the growth of mycelium of Pleurotus eryngii was shortened and the yield of fruiting bodies of Pleurotus eryngii was shortened, and the yield of cottonseed husk was increased. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) The activities of CAT (catalase) and MDA (malondialdehyde) were not significantly different from those of the control group, and the content of soluble protein and soluble sugar in fruiting body were 19.08 mg · g -1, 4.721μg · g ~ (-1), which were higher than that of the control group, which could be further explored.
