通过对液压支架双耳联接头恶劣工况受力状态的分析,得出双耳联接头常见损坏部位与损坏原因,针对双耳联接头的受力特点与损坏原因对双耳联接头的结构进行优化设计,同时采用数值模拟方法对优化设计前后的联接头进行受力分析,通过对比应力云图得出优化设计后的双耳联接头受力状态较好,最后指出在双耳联接头设计中的注意事项。
