社会经济飞速发展对企业提出很高要求,企业只有不断创新和变革,才能在竞争中处于不败之地。而企业的变革要求员工应有极强的全局化视野和适应能力,这种能力除了员工自身的素质外,还需要系统化、持续性的培训。据美国教育机构统计,企业对培训投入1美元,回报达3美元。培训是一种双赢投资,不仅增强员工本人的素质,而且通过员工自觉性、积极性、创造性的增加而提高企业产出的效率和价值。目前,越来越多的企业已深刻认识到这一点,加大对职工的教育与培训力度。
The rapid social and economic development of enterprises put forward high demands on enterprises only by continuous innovation and change in order to be invincible in the competition. The business transformation requires employees should have a strong global vision and adaptability, in addition to the ability of their own staff, but also the need for systematic and continuous training. According to the statistics of the U.S. educational institutions, enterprises invested one dollar in training and returned a total of three U.S. dollars. Training is a kind of win-win investment, which not only enhances the quality of employees themselves, but also enhances the efficiency and value of output of enterprises through the increase of employees’ consciousness, enthusiasm and creativity. At present, more and more enterprises have realized this profoundly and stepped up the education and training of staff and workers.
