随着市场的开放,非少数民族地区流入越来越多少数民族知识分子,而内地企业对于干部选拔与培训机制还未能有有效的改进优化,存在着诸多不足和弊病,难以对流入的人力进行浪里淘金,在一定程度上影响了企业的人才选拔培养进程。论文从问卷调查数据,企业走访以及资料查询入手,结合当前大部分企业在干部选拔培养中存在的培训质量不高,效果不理想的现象,提出了相应的改进举措,并对少数民族干部选拔培训机制作了完善。
