在由水泵直接供水的给水系统中配用调速装置,使离心泵的转速随供水负荷的变化而自动改变,可降低水泵的能耗。但在供水负荷变化比较悬殊的建筑给水系统中,自动调速恒压泵直接供水与高位水箱或高置气压罐供水方式相比,有时并不节能。本文通过举例对调速泵的节能率计算和其它两种常用的局部升压供水方式的能耗计算进行了对比分析,进一步说明了水泵调速的节能率只是与该泵额定转速下运行的能耗比,它并非是与其它供水方式相比的节能效果。所以在选用自动调速恒压供水装置时,应根据系统的用水负荷特点全面进行技术经济比较,以求得较好的节能效益。
In the water supply system directly supplied by the water pump, a speed governing device is used, so that the rotation speed of the centrifugal pump automatically changes with the change of the water supply load, and the energy consumption of the water pump can be reduced. However, in the building water supply system where the water supply load varies greatly, the direct water supply of the automatic speed-regulating constant pressure pump is sometimes not energy-saving compared to the high-level water tank or the high-pressure tank water supply method. This article compares and analyzes the energy-saving rate calculation of the speed-regulating pump and the energy consumption calculation of the other two commonly used local boosting water-supplying methods by example, further illustrating that the energy-saving rate of the pump speed regulation is only the energy that can be operated at the rated speed of the pump. It is not energy-saving compared to other water supply methods. Therefore, in the selection of automatic speed constant pressure water supply device, should be based on the system’s water load characteristics comprehensive technical and economic comparison, in order to obtain better energy efficiency.
