内燃机标准情报网气门付分网年会,于89年4月22至24日在浙江省杭州市举行。28个单位48名代表参加了会议。 会议对GB2784（征求意见稿）“内燃机进,排气门技术条件”和“内燃机双金属摩擦焊接、气门棒料超声波探伤技术条件”进行了认真细致的讨论,并通过了GB2784。对超声波棒料探伤技术条件,内燃机气门锥面堆焊层的检验方法和超声波探伤技术条件,以及杆部镀铬氮化的检验方法进行了讨论,并作为专题、交有关单位研究制订标准。 会议中上海材料研究所无损探伤室的代表,介绍了他们制作的超声波气门锥面七通道检验仪。
Standard Internal Combustion Engine Valve Pay Network Annual Meeting, April 22 to April 24, held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. 48 delegates from 28 units attended the meeting. Meeting on GB2784 (draft) “internal combustion engine into and exhaust valve technical conditions” and “internal combustion engine double metal friction welding, valve rod material ultrasonic testing technical conditions” were carefully discussed, and adopted GB2784. Discussed the ultrasonic flaw detection technology, internal combustion engine valve cone surfacing test method and ultrasonic flaw detection technology, as well as rod chrome-plated and nitrided test methods were discussed, and as a topic, pay the relevant units to study and formulate standards. At the meeting, Shanghai Institute of Materials non destructive testing chamber representatives, introduced their production of ultrasonic valve cone seven channel tester.
