目的探讨早发型子痫前期(PE)患者血清表皮生长因子(EGF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及血浆D-二聚体(D-D)的水平变化及其临床意义。方法选取确诊为早发型子痫前期孕妇58例作为观察组,其中轻度早发型子痫前期组34例,重度早发型子痫前期组24例;随机抽取35例同期妊娠结局正常孕妇作为对照组。检测各组患者的血清EGF、CRP及血浆D-D水平,观察EGF、CRP、D-D与早发型子痫前期的关系。结果重度早发型子痫前期组孕妇血清EGF、CRP及血浆D-D水平明显高于轻度早发型子痫前期组及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);轻度早发型子痫前期组孕妇血清EGF、CRP及血浆D-D水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。早发型子痫前期并发胎儿生长受限(FGR)孕妇血清EGF、CRP及血浆D-D水平明显高于未并发FGR孕妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论孕妇EGF、CRP及D-D水平升高,可能与早发型子痫前期发生、发展和FGR发生有关。
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum epidermal growth factor (EGF), C-reactive protein (CRP) and plasma D-dimer (D-D) in patients with early-onset preeclampsia (PE) Methods Fifty-eight pregnant women with early-onset preeclampsia were selected as observation group, including 34 cases of mild preeclampsia and 24 cases of severe preeclampsia. 35 pregnant women with normal pregnancy outcome were selected randomly as control group . The levels of serum EGF, CRP and plasma D-D in each group were detected, and the relationship between EGF, CRP, D-D and premature ejaculation was observed. Results Serum levels of EGF, CRP and plasma DD in severe preeclampsia group were significantly higher than those in mild preeclampsia group and control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01) The levels of serum EGF, CRP and plasma DD in pregnant women with preeclampsia were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The levels of EGF, CRP and plasma D-D in pregnant women with early-onset preeclampsia and fetal growth restriction (FGR) were significantly higher than those without FGR (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusions Increased levels of EGF, CRP and D-D in pregnant women may be related to the occurrence, development and FGR of early-onset preeclampsia.
