结合郑开大道实际工程,以废胶粉改性沥青为研究对象,介绍了胶粉对沥青混凝土的性能改善情况,通过试验分析其混合料各项指标的作用效果、掺配比例等重要问题。结果表明:适当的胶粉配合比可提高混合料的承载能力,同时得出废胶粉改性沥青改善了沥青的高低温性能和水稳定性能。解决了将废橡胶粉应用在路面工程中的诸多问题,为推广应用奠定了基础,同时也促进了废旧橡胶的循环利用,减少环境污染,有利于环境保护。
Combined with the actual project of Zhengkai Road, the crumb rubber modified asphalt was taken as the research object. The improvement of the performance of the asphalt concrete by the crumb rubber was introduced. The important effects such as the effect of each index of the mixture and the blending proportion were analyzed. The results showed that the proper ratio of rubber powder and powder could improve the bearing capacity of the mixture, meanwhile, the modified asphalt with crumb rubber improved the high and low temperature performance and the water stability of the asphalt. Solve the waste rubber powder used in pavement engineering, many of the issues for the promotion and application of laid the foundation, but also to promote the recycling of waste rubber, reduce environmental pollution, is conducive to environmental protection.
