目的:观察芹灵冲剂的退黄降酶作用,以评价芹灵冲剂的退黄降酶效果。方法:在四氯化碳(CCl4)、D-半乳糖胺(D-Gala)和α-萘异硫氰酸酯(ANIT)3种化学性肝损伤大鼠模型和在体乙型肝炎(DHBV)鸭,用全自动生化测定仪分别测定动物的肝功能。结果:芹灵冲剂5g·kg-1和10g·kg-1能显著降低CCl4和D-Gala肝损伤大鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平。能明显降低ANIT肝损伤大鼠血中胆红素(SB)含量;对DHBV性肝炎鸭血中ALT和SB水平的升高也有一定降低作用。结论:芹灵冲剂对大鼠化学性肝损伤和鸭乙型肝炎均有显著的退黄降酶作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the anti-yellow and enzymatic effects of Qinling Granules in order to evaluate the effect of Qinling Granules on yellowing and descending enzymes. METHODS: Three chemical liver injury models and carbon tetrachloride (CCl4), D-galactosamine (D-Gala) and α-naphthalene isothiocyanate (ANIT) in rats and in vivo hepatitis B (DHBV) ) Ducks were measured for liver function using an automatic biochemical analyzer. RESULTS: The serum concentration of 5g·kg-1 and 10g·kg-1 of QL can significantly reduce the serum ALT levels in rats with liver injury induced by CCl4 and D-Gala. It can significantly reduce the serum bilirubin (SB) content in rats with ANIT liver injury, and it can also reduce the increase of ALT and SB levels in DHBV hepatitis. Conclusion: QLH has a significant effect on chemical liver injury and duck hepatitis B in rats.
