采用FTIR、TG-DSC对一种漆包线自粘层用PA6/66/610/12的结构和热稳定性进行了表征,结果表明,PA6/66/610/12为半结晶多元共聚物且热稳定性良好。测试了PA6/66/610/12的熔限、熔融指数和平均相对分子量分别为127.6~137.8℃、40g/10min和1.16×104。同时测试了PA6/66/610/12作为漆包线自粘涂层的粘结性能,结果表明,PA6/66/610/12涂层在160~200℃具有良好的自粘结性能,粘结温度是影响粘结强度的主要因素,粘结时间是次要因素。
The structure and thermal stability of PA6 / 66/610/12 for an enamel self-adhesive layer were characterized by FTIR and TG-DSC. The results showed that PA6 / 66/610/12 was a semicrystalline multicomponent copolymer and was thermally stable Good sex. The melt limit of PA6 / 66/610/12 was tested.
