中国人民解放军第四八〇一工厂(以下简称“工厂”)创建于1957年6月,是海军装备保障企业,主要承担修船等任务。修船企业现场是一个非常复杂的动态的现场,工种繁多、流程复杂;立体交叉作业多、组织协调难度大;码头船排的氧气瓶、焊机、脚手架以及车间内场的零部件摆放零乱;作业现场油污多、锈渣多、跑冒漏滴、安全隐患多等。工厂厂领导和员工认为:修船企业要转型升级、持续发展,必须从最基础的现场管理入手,创新管理模式,实现战略目标。
