菱铁矿是我国重要的铁矿资源,由于菱铁矿中铁常与钙、锰、镁形成类质同象系列,且菱铁矿与石英、方解石等脉石矿物伴生,嵌布粒度细,常规选矿工艺难以有效分选。在分析了新疆某菱铁矿矿石性质的基础上,对菱铁矿块矿进行了直接还原焙烧-磁选试验研究。研究表明:在还原焙烧温度1050℃、时间140min、C/Fe比为1.86、脱硫剂用量3%、磨矿细度小于0.074mm占85.92%、湿式磁选磁场强度为1000Gs的条件下,获得铁品位为92.06%、金属化率90.52%、硫含量0.16%的还原铁粉,全流程铁回收率85.94%,为电炉冶炼优特钢提供优质炉料。
Siderite is an important iron ore resource in our country.
