目的:观察中药玄参(ScrophularianingpoensisHemsl.)中的微量化学成分。为传统中药的规范标准制定提供依据。方法:利用溶剂提取和硅胶等层析方法分离玄参乙醚可溶部位,获得的微量单体成分通过化学和光谱方法鉴定结构。结果:依据NMR、MS、IR等光谱数据,鉴定玄参中微量成分柳杉醇和iridoilacton的结构。结论:首次观察到玄参含二萜化合物柳杉醇和变异环烯醚萜iridoidlacton.
Objective: To observe the trace chemical constituents in Scrophularianing poensis Hemsl. Provide the basis for the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: The solvent-extracted and silica gel chromatographic methods were used to separate the soluble fractions from the ether of Scrophulariaceae. The trace monomer components were identified by chemical and spectral methods. Results: Based on NMR, MS, IR and other spectral data, the structure of micro-components of giveniferol and iridoilacton in Scrophularia scrofa were identified. Conclusion: The first observation of Scrophulariaceae containing diterpenoid compound calypterol and the variant iridoid 萜iridoidlacton.
