既往研究结果显示睾酮与前列腺癌的发生、疾病进展及预后关系密切，本文将结合最新研究进展探讨睾酮监测在前列腺癌各阶段(前列腺癌发生、临床局限性前列腺癌、转移性前列腺癌、去势抵抗性前列腺癌)中发挥的重要作用，以期为前列腺癌诊疗中进行规范化的睾酮监测提供理论依据。“,”Previous studies have reported that testosterone is closely related to the occurrence, progression and prognosis of prostate cancer. To evaluate the clinical significance of standardized testosterone monitoring in the management of prostate cancer, we reviewed the importance of testosterone monitoring in different stages of prostate cancer, including clinically localized prostate cancer, metastatic prostate cancer and castration-resistant prostate cancer.
