目的:采用离子交换层析法分离山麦健脾口服液中的有机酸,用酸碱-电位滴定法测定有机酸含量。方法:精密量取样品5．0 ml加至732型阳离子交换树脂(预先处理至中性)用蒸馏水洗脱,流速1．0 ml·min-1,收集洗脱液约60 ml,精密加入氢氧化钠滴定液(0．1 mol·1-1)15．0 ml,煮沸5 min放冷至室温,照电位滴定法,盐酸滴定液滴定(0．1 mol·L-1)。结果:平均回收率103．7％,RSD=1．7％(n:9)。结论:本方法准确,重复较好。
OBJECTIVE: To isolate the organic acids in Shanmai Jianpi Oral Liquid by ion exchange chromatography and determine the content of organic acids by acid-base potentiometric titration. Method: Precisely take a sample of 5.0 ml to 732 type cation exchange resin (pre-treatment to neutral) eluted with distilled water, flow rate 1.0 ml · min-1, collect about 60 ml of eluent, accurately add hydrogen Sodium oxide titration solution (0.1 mol · 1-1) 15.0 ml, boiled for 5 min allowed to cool to room temperature, according to potentiometric titration, hydrochloric acid titration drop (0.1 mol · L-1). Results: The average recovery rate was 103.7% with RSD=1.7% (n:9). Conclusion: This method is accurate and repeat well.
