学生从小学升入初中是一个巨大的过渡,无论是在学习环境还是学习内容上面都发生了很大的变化,数学作为一个理科科目,在学习内容上发生了很大的变化,作为初学者,由于接受能力,学习方法以及学习环境的不同,学生在学习数学方面会产生不同的效果,学生之间会存在很大差异,在这种情况下,教师就要对学生因材施教,开展分层教育,针对不同学生的学习能力和学习水平来采取不同的方法进行教育,本文针对初中数学的分层教学展开讨论,分析了如何开展分层教学,促进学生学习。
