本文以自身对高中物理学习的基本思想与思路为基础,针对大多数同学在物理学科中遇到的学习问题的当前现状,从自身对于物理学习的理解与认知出发,以物理学习大纲的理解为落脚点,具体分析所遇问题,分别从物理思维训练、物理解题方法两大角度进行探讨,对当前大多数高中生在物理学习过程中暴露出的问题提出详尽的解决方案,从而为高中生物理学习的应对策略提出部分参考性建议。
