1.白肉水蜜桃仍占主流 在我国桃的栽培中自肉水蜜桃占70％ 以上。现在市场上主要是肥城桃、五月鲜、春 蕾、雨花露、砂子早生、白凤、大久保等。由于 受果实风味、丰产性、贮运性、栽培面积等诸 多因素的影响,这些品种近年的市场价格大 幅度下降。随着一些新品种的推出,目前建 园主要选用果实较大、果形正、外观美、品质 优、插空补缺的优良品种,如早熟的安农水 蜜、春艳美香;中熟的新川中岛、红甘露、早 凤王;晚熟的菜山蜜、大果黑桃、冬宝等。
