CW 61100车床配备有合成进给机构,用它加工长度在300~1000毫米的锥体工件,非常方便。但在加工使用中,会出现刀架下滑座前移现象,造成工件报废。产生这种现象原因有两条:一是在合成进给时,小刀架的进给,由中间齿轮套2传递(在丝杠上空转)。当齿轮套转动时,齿轮端部在旋转分力的作用下使端面与牙嵌离合器内端面发生接触摩擦,带动丝杠上的牙嵌离合器微转,使刀架产生横向移动,造成扎刀,工件返工或报废。二是在小刀架机动进给时,齿轮套在丝杠上旋转。但在设计时没有考虑润滑油孔,由于缺油,使齿轮套与丝杠发生干摩擦,产生拉毛现象,
