长期以来我科用传统的方法制作各种义齿,虽然取得满意的效果,但其制作工艺复杂,不能满足广大群众的要求。我科1990年8月开始采用广东化纤研究所和广东医疗器械研究所共同试制的GD可见光固化基托树脂材料,制作局部义齿修复22例,经临床观察,效果满意介绍如下:A、设备与材料 1、可见光固化基托材料(包括基托树脂、粘合剂、遮氧剂,牙冠树脂,成品牙等)。2、GHD型多功能固化机。二、按肯氏分类法,统计为肯氏Ⅰ类3例肯氏Ⅱ类1例;肯氏Ⅲ类5例;肯氏Ⅳ类13例。其中男10人、女12人,最大年龄58岁,最小年龄18岁,平均32.1岁。三、方法及步骤 1.常规牙体预备,取印模,灌注石膏模型。
For a long time, our department made all kinds of dentures by traditional methods. Although satisfactory results have been obtained, its production process is complicated and can not meet the requirements of the masses. In August 1990, our department started to use GD visible light curable base resin materials jointly manufactured by Guangdong Chemical Fiber Research Institute and Guangdong Medical Instrument Research Institute to make partial dentures to repair 22 cases. The clinical results showed that the results are satisfactory as follows: A. Equipment and Materials 1, visible light curing base material (including base resin, adhesives, oxygen, crown resin, finished teeth, etc.). 2, GHD-type multi-function curing machine. Second, according to the Kennedy classification, statistics for Kennedy Ⅰ class 3 cases of Ken class Ⅱ 1 case; Kennedy Ⅲ class 5 cases; Ken class Ⅳ 13 cases. Including 10 males and 12 females, the maximum age of 58 years old, the youngest age of 18 years, mean 32.1 years old. Third, methods and steps 1.
