用对比法评价颈静脉球(JB) 大小及位置与突发性聋之间的关系。随机选择15 例病因不明的突发性聋患者为突聋组,35 例耳部正常患者为对照组,均行JB 区磁共振血管造影(MRA) 。在MRA 像上分别测量JB 直径及高度并进行统计学处理。结果显示,突聋组病耳侧与病耳对侧JB 大小不对称性较对照组两侧JB 不对称性明显。突聋组病耳侧JB 直径或高度平均值大于对照组优势侧JB 直径或高度平均值。提示部分病因不明的突发性聋与JB 过度不对称发育有关,JB 过大、位置偏高可能导致耳蜗功能障碍
To evaluate the relationship between the size and location of jugular bulb (JB) and sudden deafness by contrast method. A total of 15 patients with sudden deafness of unknown etiology were selected as sudden deafness group and 35 normal ears as controls. All patients underwent MR magnetic resonance angiography (MRA). JB diameter and height were measured on MRA images and statistically analyzed. The results showed that the unbalanced JB size asymmetry in the ear side and diseased ear contralateral to the sudden deaf group was more obvious than that in the control group. Suddenly deaf group disease ear JB diameter or height average is greater than the control group superior side JB diameter or height average. Prompt unexplained sudden deafness and JB excessive asymmetric development, JB is too large, high position may lead to cochlear dysfunction
