This issue feature published “family business agent governance mechanism” is worth reading. The study introduces the theory of embedding, analyzes and discusses the effective paths of mutual restraint and complementarity of managers inside and outside from the three dimensions of cognition, power and relationship, and constructs a model of the agent governance mechanism of family-owned enterprises. This study is of great practical significance for countries that are in the latter stages of primitive capital accumulation and have a large proportion of family-owned enterprises.
