针对变焦距系统的动态误差和静态误差耦合问题,提出了一种误差分配与分析方法。首先对变焦距系统采用光路等效原理进行化简,通过分析变焦系统的误差源与物像位置关系,给出变焦距系统总体许用误差指标,然后利用齐次坐标转换与矩阵运算合成光学元件总体误差,同时建立等效光学系统误差精度判断准则,判断变焦距系统误差是否满足要求,最后结合光电经纬仪电视系统进行目视分辨率测试,给出变焦距系统各个光学元件的组内与组间误差对成像的影响。所提出的误差分析方法既可以用来检验各组误差的合成结果是否满变焦距系统足精度要求,又可针对总体误差进行逐级分配,为光学仪器的误差分析与分配提供了参考依据。
Aiming at the coupling problem of dynamic error and static error of zooming system, an error distribution and analysis method is proposed. Firstly, the principle of optical path equivalence is adopted to simplify the zooming system. By analyzing the relationship between the error source and the image position of the zooming system, the overall allowable error index of the zooming system is given. The proposed error analysis method can not only be used to test whether the synthesis result of each group of errors is full or not, but also can be assigned step by step according to the overall error, which provides a reference for the error analysis and distribution of optical instruments.
