本文主要从水土保持和新农村建设的内涵入手,通过对水土保持生态建设与新农村建设中的内在联系的论述,说明水土保持生态建设在新农村建设中的重要作用,因此,在新农村建设中水土保持工作应当常抓不懈。
This paper starts with the connotation of water and soil conservation and new rural construction. Through the discussion of the intrinsic relationship between soil and water conservation and new rural construction, this paper illustrates the important role of soil and water conservation and ecological construction in the new rural construction. Therefore, Soil and water conservation work should always be perseverance.
