目的了解甘肃省各类蔬菜中农药残留状况。方法 2010年对甘肃省蔬菜中农药残留按《全国食品污染物监测工作手册》中的农药残留检测方法,进行气相色谱定量分析。结果蔬菜中的农药残留总检出率为7.78%,总超标率为3.78%。蔬菜中农药检出率最高的为叶菜类,占总样品数的3.11%,检出的农药主要是有机磷农药,检出率为6.44%。结论蔬菜中农药残留污染不容忽视,应引起农民、农业部门和监管部门的注意,并应加强农药管理,继续做好农药正确使用的宣传教育,定期开展监测,加大综合治理措施,保障食品安全。
Objective To understand the status of pesticide residues in various vegetables in Gansu Province. Methods 2010 pesticide residues in vegetables in Gansu Province by the “National Food Contamination Monitoring Manual” in the detection of pesticide residues, gas chromatography quantitative analysis. Results The total pesticide residue detection rate in vegetables was 7.78%, with a total exceeding standard rate of 3.78%. The highest detection rate of pesticides in vegetables is leafy vegetables, accounting for 3.11% of the total sample number. The pesticides detected are mainly organophosphorus pesticides with a detection rate of 6.44%. Conclusion The contamination of pesticide residues in vegetables should not be neglected, which should be paid attention to by farmers, agricultural departments and regulatory authorities. Management of pesticides should be strengthened and publicity and education on pesticide use should be continued. Monitoring should be carried out on a regular basis to enhance comprehensive control measures and ensure food safety .
