1991年5月23～27日在北京隆重举行了中国科技协会第四次全国代表大会,本人十分荣幸受学会推荐,代表上海市制冷学会出席了大会。上海市代表团代表共59人,团长是上海市科协主席交通大学校长翁史烈教授,副团长是市科协副主席何成武同志和林志宽同志,刘振元副市长作为特邀代表出席了大会开幕式。出席大会的全国代表共计1500名,特邀代表200名,列席代表240人,港澳地区科学家代表应邀出席了大会。
The Fourth National Congress of China Association of Science and Technology was grandly held in Beijing from May 23 to May 27, 1991.
