目的探讨低分子右旋糖酐治疗新生儿红细胞增多症的临床疗效和安全性。方法30例红细胞增多症新生儿给予低分子右旋糖酐液,用量为20 ml/(kg.d),分2次使用,连用5 d。动态观察临床表现以及毛细血管血红细胞压积(Hct)、血红蛋白(Hb)。结果29例患儿临床症状、体征消失,毛细血管血Hct、Hb恢复正常。1例延长使用至7 d痊愈。无不良药物反应和生化指标异常。结论低分子右旋糖酐治疗新生儿红细胞增多症安全有效。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of low molecular dextran in the treatment of neonatal polycythemia. Methods Thirty newborns with polycythemia were given low molecular dextran solution in an amount of 20 ml / (kg · d) for 2 times for 5 days. Dynamic observation of clinical manifestations and capillary hematocrit (Hct), hemoglobin (Hb). Results The clinical symptoms and signs of 29 children disappeared, and the capillary blood Hct and Hb returned to normal. 1 case of extended use to 7 d cured. No adverse drug reactions and biochemical abnormalities. Conclusions Low molecular weight dextran is safe and effective in the treatment of neonatal polycythemia.
