针对高职机械创新设计人才的社会需求,结合教学现状,研究适应于生产第一线的产品改进和技术革新人才的培养方案,采用“学赛考证相融,过程目标并重”的能力培养模式。通过优化教学资源,建构机械创新设计人才培养知识结构框架,改善机械创新设计人才培养途径,促进机械创新设计人才能力的成长,为制造企业产业升级输送合格人才。
In view of the social needs of high-vocational mechanical design talents, combined with the current situation of teaching, we should study the training programs of product improvement and technological innovation adapted to the first-line of production, adopt the ability training of " mode. By optimizing the teaching resources, building a mechanical structure of creative design personnel training knowledge structure, improving the mechanism of mechanical innovation design talent to promote the ability of mechanical innovation and design talent growth, manufacturing enterprises to upgrade the delivery of qualified personnel.
