本文采用固相反应法制备了一系列正交晶系的Ni掺杂和K、Na共掺的SrCuO2陶瓷样品,并着重考察研究了它们在373~873 K的热电性能。结果表明,这些样品在373~873 K均存在热电效应,且其Seebeck系数为正,属于p型热电陶瓷;其电导率在该温度区间单调上升,呈现出半导体特性。Cu位Ni掺杂提高了正交SrCuO2的Seebeck系数,但降低了其电导率;Sr位K、Na共掺提高了其电导率,但降低了Seebeck系数。适量Sr位或Cu位掺杂均可提高SrCuO2陶瓷的热电性能。
In this paper, a series of orthorhombic Ni-doped and K, Na codoped SrCuO2 ceramic samples were prepared by solid-state reaction method, and their thermoelectric properties at 373-873 K were investigated emphatically. The results show that all these samples have the thermoelectric effect between 373 and 873 K, and the Seebeck coefficient is positive, belonging to the p-type thermoelectric ceramics. The conductivity of the samples monotonically increases during the temperature range and shows the semiconducting properties. Ni doping at Cu site increased the Seebeck coefficient of orthorhombic SrCuO2, but decreased its electrical conductivity. Sr doping K and Na doping increased its electrical conductivity, but decreased the Seebeck coefficient. Appropriate amount of Sr bits or Cu doping can improve the thermoelectric properties of SrCuO2 ceramics.
