目的:测定垂阴茶糖浆中岩白菜素的含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:VP-ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(15:85);检测波长:275 nm;流速:1.0 ml·min-1;柱温:室温。结果:岩白菜素的线性范围0.25~2.52μg,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为98.76%,RSD%=1.3(n=6)。结论:该法适用于测定垂阴茶糖策中岩白菜素的含量。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of bergenin in the Yinyin tea syrup. METHODS: Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was used. Column: VP-ODS (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase: methanol-water (15:85); detection wavelength: 275 nm; flow rate: 1 .0 ml·min-1; column temperature: room temperature. Results: The linear range of bergenin was 0.25-2.52μg, r=0.999 9, the average recovery was 98.76%, and RSD% was 1.3 (n=6). Conclusion: This method is suitable for determining the content of bergenin in the yin yin tea sugar strategy.
