中国水电基础局有限公司是大型国有企业中国水电建设集团公司成员企业。2009年,公司开展了安全员培训,提高了员工安全意识,杜绝了安全隐患,降低了安全事故率,保障了施工的正常进行。分析培训中存在的一些问题的,公司从“事前、事中、事后”三方面着手将培训工作系统化、规范化,形成了确保培训质量的三大保障,即“事前,注意培训的需求分析、事中,注意强调培训的目的、事后,注意培训效果评估”。
China Hydropower Foundation Co., Ltd. is a large state-owned China Hydropower Construction Group Corporation member companies.
