采用NEL-A系列国产轴快流CO2激光器与SLCM-1225数控激光切割机联机切割模切板,研究了模切板割缝与板面不垂直问题的成因。运用几何光学原理对激光束入射到聚焦镜(凸透镜)的几种可能路径进行了讨论,分析认为设备在使用过程中造成光路的微小偏差是引起割缝与板面不垂直的主要原因,并提出可以通过调节聚焦镜和喷嘴相对于光路的位置来实现模切板割缝与板面垂直度的调整。实验结果表明,聚焦镜的水平位置调整可以改变激光束能量对称中心线在聚焦镜上的入射位置,从而改变经过聚焦后的光束能量中心线的方向,进而改变模切板割缝与板面所成的角度。
