通径分析由S·Wright(1921)提出,它的主要优点是能够借助图解简明而精确地表达各变量间的关系。近年来国内外在生物科学研究中广泛应用这种分析方法。在遗传育种中用于研究亲子相关、近交系数、遗传力,剖析相关性状间的直接作用和间接作用;在作物栽培研究中可为改进栽培方法,降低成本,增加产量提供依据。随着计算技术的改进,它的应用越来越广泛。本文概括阐述通径分析的原理与方法,供读者参考。
Path analysis, proposed by S. Wright (1921), has the main advantage of being able to concisely and accurately express the relationships among variables by means of diagrams. In recent years, this kind of analysis method has been widely used in biological science research at home and abroad. In genetics and breeding, it is used to study the direct and indirect effects of parent-child relationship, inbreeding coefficient, heritability, and the related traits. It can provide the basis for improving the cultivation methods, reducing the cost and increasing the yield in crop cultivation.
