儿童期的受虐经历对儿童的大脑发育、学习能力及社会交往能力都将产生不利影响。自20世纪60年代起,美国政府开始承担起发展早期保育与教育的相关职责,建立了各种保护受虐儿童的机构和组织;以金字塔模型为实践框架,改善儿童社交和情感能力;通过干预性课程改进教师策略。另外,美国还开展了多个保护受虐儿童的项目,阻止虐待儿童事件的发生,保证儿童的健康成长。
Childhood abused experiences have a negative impact on children’s brain development, learning ability and social interaction skills.
