中子通量是微型反应堆(微堆)控制系统的重要监测参数,直接反映了堆的运行状况,其现状是稳定性较差,对实验研究以及教学培训产生不良影响,并根据当前低浓化项目需求,需要提高其稳定性。文章采用PDCA循环,找到原因症结,设定目标,并运用QC工具采取有效措施,最终使得出现的尖峰现象消失,中子通量的线性度得以提高。
The neutron flux is an important monitoring parameter of the microreactor (micro-stack) control system, which directly reflects the operation status of the reactor. The current situation of the neutron flux is poor stability, which has adverse effects on experimental research and teaching and training. According to the current low- Project needs, need to improve its stability. The article uses the PDCA cycle to find the cause of the problem, set the goal, and the use of QC tools to take effective measures, the final peak phenomenon disappeared, the linearity of neutron flux can be increased.
