本文对40吨米液气锤立柱断裂原因进行了分析,采用线弹性有限元对立柱断裂处进行了应力分析,对断裂残骸进行解剖,全面检查了宏微观组织及机械性能,发现组织不均,冲击值明显低于设计要求和局部应力集中等。认为以上原因是造成断裂的主要因素,并相应提出了改进意见。
In this paper, the reason of the breakage of the 40-ton hydraulic hammer column was analyzed. The stress of the column fracture was analyzed by the linear elastic finite element method, the wreckage was dissected, the macro-microstructure and mechanical properties were inspected comprehensively, Impact value is significantly lower than the design requirements and local stress concentration. It is considered that the above reasons are the main factors leading to the fracture and corresponding improvements are suggested.
