由于物业服务在我国尚属一项新事物,物业服务企业的服务意识和业主的维权意识间还存在较大的差异与分歧,使得各类物业纠纷不断增加,成为影响社会和谐稳定的因素之一。新罗法院专门课题组从近几年审理的物业纠纷案件入手,分析物业纠纷上升的原因、特点,并从物业纠纷源头治理上寻找长效解决的对策,从而提出构建多部门协调配合、齐抓共管的物业纠纷多元解决长效机制。
