我村有1300多口人,配变容量50千伏·安。每月上缴的电费都在2000元左右,这么大的数字,回收率达97%以上,上缴电费都能每月按时结零,这是用户们密切配合的结果。我们主要做好了以下几项工作:1 做好电是商品的宣传工作,让用户明白一个道理:购物需钱,一手交钱,一手交货,理所应当,更何况现在“物”已用,再付钱,更是应该。2 让用户用上明白电。在每月的电费电价公布栏上公布本月总用电量,乡站电价、变损、保险费、户电价数、月结余数、线损率多少等。3 让用户在交费的时间上形成一个规律。向用户交待清楚每月的15、16日为抄表日期,17、18、19、20日为交费时间,21日为本村电费上缴日期,如果超过21日上缴的话,每天受罚电费的2%滞纳金。用户知道了按时交费的重要,心中有数,备资待缴。

The total electricity consumption for this month will be announced on the monthly electricity price announcement column, the electricity price, damages, insurance premiums, household electricity prices, monthly balances, and line loss rates of township stations. 3 Let users form a regular pattern in the payment time. Explain to the user that the 15th and 16th of each month are the date of meter reading, and that the time of payment is on the 17th, 18th, 19th, and 20th. The 21st will be the electricity payment date of the village. If the payment exceeds 21st, the 2% of the penalized electricity fee will be charged on a daily basis. Late payment. The user knows the importance of paying the bill on time, knows what he thinks, and is ready to pay.
