健美运动在高校中日益受到广大学生的喜爱,但是缺乏正确的健美知识及指导,导致大部分健美初练者达不到理想的效果而放弃健美运动。本文通过在高校健身房中总结的一系列现象进行分析,并提出合理化建议。
Bodybuilding is increasingly favored by the majority of students in colleges and universities. However, the lack of correct bodybuilding knowledge and guidance leads to the failure of most bodybuilding beginners to give up bodybuilding. This article analyzes a series of phenomena summarized in college gymnasium, and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
