分析了几种具有温度补偿的光纤应变传感器测量应变的误差来源及缺点,由此加以推广,提出了具有温度补偿的高精度单参量光纤传感器的思想.根据椭圆纤芯高双折射光纤的温度、应变、径向压力、静水压力的灵敏度公式和双折射与波长的关系曲线,从理论上证明了具有温度补偿、结构简单、高精度的光纤应变、压力传感器的可行性,并对其优点进行了讨论.
The sources and shortcomings of several kinds of optical fiber strain sensors with temperature compensation are analyzed. Based on this, the idea of high precision single-parameter optical fiber sensor with temperature compensation is put forward. According to the temperature, strain, radial pressure, hydrostatic pressure sensitivity equation and birefringence and wavelength curve of elliptical core high birefringent fiber, it has been theoretically proved that the optical fiber strain and pressure with simple structure, high temperature accuracy, The feasibility of the sensor and its advantages are discussed.
