ATP静脉注射治疗阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)14例,其中9例住院病人,5例门诊病人,男9例,女5例,年龄20～40岁,有反复发作心动过速史,EKG证实为PSVT。14例病人均采用上海第十制药厂生产的ATP注射液,不稀释,静脉弹丸式注射方法,剂量:40mg3例,20mg3例,10mg8例。住院病人在心电监护下观察结果,门诊病人持续心脏听诊观察了解转复情况。结果:12例病人经ATP迅速静注后10s～1min内均
ATP intravenous therapy for paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) in 14 cases, of which 9 were hospitalized patients, 5 outpatients, 9 males and 5 females, aged 20 to 40 years, with recurrent tachycardia History, EKG confirmed as PSVT. Fourteen patients were treated with the ATP injection produced by Shanghai Tenth Pharmaceutical Factory, without dilution and intravenous bolus injection. The dosage was 40 mg in 3 cases, 20 mg in 3 cases and 10 mg in 8 cases. Inpatient observation under ECG monitoring, outpatient cardiac auscultation continued to understand the situation of recovery.
