目的了解医院助产士和学生对高职助产专业课程体系的评价,为课程设置提供参考依据。方法对198名临床一线助产士和76名实习生进行问卷调查,并分析数据。结果临床一线助产士更注重临床要求和社会发展需要,对助产专业课程设置有指导意义。结论随着助产专业发展,需不断完善课程设置,以促进培养目标的实现。
Objective To understand the evaluation of midwife midwifery and students on the curriculum system of midwifery in vocational colleges and to provide reference for the curriculum. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 198 first-line midwives and 76 interns, and the data were analyzed. Results Clinical first-line midwives pay more attention to clinical requirements and social development needs, guiding midwifery curriculum. Conclusion With the development of midwifery specialty, it is necessary to continuously improve the curriculum so as to promote the accomplishment of training objectives.
